We are looking for a coordinatorwho will bring new ideas regarding organization and structure of the shipping department.
This position is a get your hands dirty job with direct relation to production.
The jobs production completes in a day-needs to ship that day.
Production management will give direction in the morning on what is priority for the day and will follow up throughout the day to ensure that everything promised to the customer is delivered.
This is a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:
This position will supervise and coordinate shipping deliveries and schedules.
In addition, coordinate with our production and shipping teams to solve shipping issues in a timely manner.
Establish and continuously improve our logistics work.
Recruit, train and supervise staff members to ensure a smooth operation.
Establish, follow, and enforce safety standards and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
5 years of shipping management including 2 years of experience with team management.
The candidate should possess strong computer and technology skills in addition to strong capabilities in troubleshooting and problem solving.
Must be independent, reliable, responsible, collaborative with good judgement.
We offer a sign on bonus after 90 days and a full insurance package after 30 days.
In addition to your regular pay, we offer a quarterly bonus, if our company performance goals are met! We have earned the last 12 quarterly bonuses! Job Type:
